June 26, 1980

Yet another pitchers' duel between the Phils and Expos.  For the Phillies, Randy Lerch had one of his finest performances of his season, giving up just one run on five hits.  Unfortunately, his opponent would do him one better, as Scott Sanderson shut out the Phils hitters on just two hits.  Pete Rose and Manny Trillo had the two hits for the Phils, but the team could do nothing with them.
